Mine had a timing belt fail driving home from VT

The one good thing about that engine was that it was a non-interference engine, so they just had to line up the timing marks and slap on another belt.

Got it towed to a garage just before closing, and the garage had the parts store stay open until they picked up the belt. I was just lucky to have it fail there, and at that time. 15 minutes later, and I would have slept in my car that night...lol

I think so, but they may have been "sleeved" -- EDGEMAN 03/29/2022 11:20AM
